ok i dont get these things at all...supposedly i heard you can give monsters diffrent guns with these?..

Currently, you can give them a near attack and a far attack, that's all.

can you apply code pointers to HeXeN monsters?

nope, you can't edit hexen/heretic monsters in any way with the current zdoom, another WFDS (tm) moment

if you use heretic or hexen.exe though they have their own versions of dehacked you can use
