Re: ZDCMP2: Happy Doomsday Edition (RC2)
IMO one thing that needs addressing is the amount of available health in the final boss fight. I always end up short half way through it and the only way to finish is to IDDQD because there's no chance to replenish.

Re: ZDCMP2: Happy Doomsday Edition (RC2)
Hey sorry for the bump, but what do I need to get the absolute latest version of this project?
https://www.doomworld.com/idgames/level ... ads/zdcmp2 for the base file, and load Xaser's patch https://static.angryscience.net/pub/doo ... -08-20.pk3 on top of that; this is all I'd need right?
Mods please don't dump this post, it's a legit question

Re: ZDCMP2: Happy Doomsday Edition (RC2)
Is there a way to play ZDCMP2 in cooperative mode with GZDoom? I run it with
and find myself on standard Doom 2's level 1.
Code: Select all
-file zdcmp2.pk3 -skill 4 -host 1 -iwad doom2.wad

GCRaistlin: you'll need to specify the map name because it's non-standard (it doesn't follow the usual MAPxx convention). The map is called ZDCMP2.
Code: Select all
-file zdcmp2.pk3 -skill 4 -host 1 -iwad doom2.wad +map zdcmp2
