Projects for any Doom-based engine (especially 3DGE) are perfectly acceptable here too.

That would be great for Scout, just give him a pistol instead. You can find the current pistol Scout skin in Ghastly's glorious Marine Skins

I'm thinking of replacing the current Marine sprites with a variant of the chaingunner sprites I have.

Right now, I just finished making the full Cerberus armor and boots, along with the set bonus that comes with it. It's easily one of the most powerful set bonuses, but harder to acquire due to requiring three pieces rather than two.

Heh, nah, crouching is not required. The chaingunner sprites I'd like to use for the Marine obviously do not have crouching sprites, so I don't feel compelled to extend that to the other class sprites.

Only Phaseshift Boots and Nyarlaptotep's boots remain, and then all armor and boots will be complete. After that, I'll go through all the weapons and assign them their proper damagetypes, fiddle with the computer maps a bit, and then test it for a while. After that, I shall release the gulls Cardassians Beta 4.

Those sprites are super awesome, man! With the Technician, you reckon you could have him without a helmet, with nightvision goggles up on his forehead? And a belt with techy stuff around his waist?

Also, I was planning on having a different mugshot for the Marine (One with a helmet visible that I have) and have the others with Doomguy's normal mugshot, but do you reckon you could make custom mugshots for these two? They're just too awesome!

Also, Beta 4 is out. HAVE FUN! 8-)

My god, I never have thought to something like that... But sounds very cool! :D Just signed in the "to-do" list. ;)

Just go with the machinegun he's got there, it looks good. The Technician has no favoured weapon type, so he'd have the generic rifle otherwise.

Oh yeah, two last things.
1. If you are planning on sending them to me like that, could you make sure the sprite size conforms exactly to the pixels? Otherwise I'll have to go through them all anyway.

2. When you get to it, could you also recolor the Technician's boots to be the same color as the Scouts boots there? For consistency. And kicking.

Yeah, I plan to have at least three different footstep noises, I simply haven't gotten around to that yet. Expect it in Beta 5, most likely.
