That makes me think... Perhaps do you have in your GZDoom's zdoom-user.ini file in Doom autoload section the standard brightmaps.pk3 file supplied with GZDoom? Because that could be the problem, a simple brightmap conflict...

If answer is positive, remove brightmaps.pk3 from autoload and try again loading BDEE with Brightmaps+. It should work without any problems.

So in other words, replace the brightmaps supplied with GZDOOM with the brightmaps+ supplied with Brutal DOOM EE 19(f), so to speak?

Hellooo... You know what?

Yeah! A new version released.

And this one probably could be the last of v19 series, before Sgt. Mark IV releases his official Brutal Doom v20... :yup:

I particularly love the chainsaw alt-fire that shoots a machine gun!

Maybe mirror the Brutal Pistol in version G? The fact that I'm using it with the left hand is a real eye-magnet for me with the fact that I'm right-handed when shooting the SSG.

Could be that the Enhanced Edition uses a lot of different scripts from regular brutal DOOM. And as such, the normal mutatots may work, won't work, break the game or cause something funny to happen.
In this case, something funny. Your only hope is to try and mod the mutator to work with the Enhanced Edition yourself, or hope that the original author (Hexereticdoom ) of the Enhanced Edition can make a compatibility patch.

Well people, it's time for some quoting...
Cryomundus wrote:Does anyone know how to remove the forward pull of the chainsaw? It makes getting mancubus cannons and revenant launchers really irritating, since every time the chainsaw so much as touches the corpse you go flying past it.
I've found the way recently to fix this! Will be corrected in next BDEE release! :)

Good suggestion, I find this weapon fits better without bobbing! Also added it in next version! :thumb:

Why? Am I too handsome, perhaps? :P

Sorry, it won't be included in v19g, but perhaps I could make a mutator for that in a near future...

Well, I haven't tried the No-Reloads mutator but, just a question before... Are you sure you're using the last version of the mutator? Actually, the most recent patch collection for BD is the 4.1 one... You can download it here.

The last version should work OK, but if it does not, I'll try to look over it and make a compatible patch. However, it could take me some time, as for now I'm working in some other priority things...

See ya! 8-)

It dosen't need to be included.. nor does it need to be a mutator since a mutator is a gameplay changing add-on.

No problem. :D Though it's really just a few clicks here and there in Slade, nothing special.

SF_NOPULLIN is a pretty recent addition to ZDoom; you'll need a fairly new revision from http://devbuilds.drdteam.org/ to get it to run.
