Ok guys heres v2.4 and several changes made:
changed enemies from hitscan to projectile tracers
changed the atlas cannon mancubus into a flak cannon mancubus
remixed some sounds...
added an item that give the player dual am-67's
made the blood effect even more ridiculous
added randomized bloodspots
made the diabolist much more threatening (you'll see what i mean just wait...)
Download: Insanity's Requiem v2.4

Well, I had a short time with the mod and already there are some large problems that need to be addressed.
-There is no cursor for the menu so those with mouse driven menus off are left guessing if they selected a thing or not
-The explosion radius for the barrels is absolutely ridiculous and ended up getting me killed when I was nowhere near the things
-The damage caused by exploding barrels is outright ludicrous to the point that a fully armored player can get instagibbed on the normal setting alone
-Every time you pick up a second pistol the mod automatically switches to it even if you have weapon swap on pickup off and even if you already have one to begin with
These issues are keeping me from enjoying the mod. And believe me, it is a good mod.

and will you guys please stop with the whole "theres no cursor thing"... cause if you cant use the mouse to select things in ZDoom then try using GZDoom

The double barrel shotgun is still literally the same as the normal shotgun. Theres no point in using the normal shotgun cause the double barrel is literally a straight up upgrade still. Why not just get rid of one of them or replace them with something else

I think this is a favorite mod of mine. I would love to see a crazy arsenal of weapons in this mod too. And you sir, just got super fast with updating thid mod. Oh and lol:

Ahhhhh... To be honest, I kinda like your style of Dooming. It's insane and it's perfect. Something that I would consider great.
Oh, and what was the name of the song that was in this gameplay footage? I know I've heard it somewhere in HuskyMudkip's intro. I just forgot what was it called.
EDIT: LOL! Title screen music is from Painkiller: Hell and Damnation. That's pretty cool. Gameplay is very smooth for me, and I will do a video of Back to Saturn X with this mod.
EDIT2: I would also love it if you replaced the chainsaw with a Backpack filled with Ammo. Meh, I don't think my idea was really great.
