That's actually a very valid point. It's pretty simple to make, so a more appropriate sprite will definitely be in the next version.

I have been meaning to ask this for a long time, I know this is a Monster Pack Addon but after seeing some of the enemies armaments are you going to add some extra weapons to combat these guys (example, Grenade Launcher, a usable shield , Nailguns Ect) :| bear in mind it's just a idea nothing more.

IF, he can find some sprites and work on animations similar to the project MSX's. i know i'm being an perfectionist little bit, but it might be bizarre and weird if those newly added weapon sprites are not following the original mod.

but small weapons such as pistol or grenades would be easier work than the others, though.

Version 1.7 introduces 2 new monsters and a few misc. tweaks.

The Blood Knight is a beefed up baron whose charge attack creates lingering blood rain (Identical to Heretic's Skull Rod).

The rocket grunt fires slow homing rockets from a distance.

The raptor shell 4-pack will have some variation in its appearance.

There may be some additions to the player's arsenal at some point, but I have no plans on making fully functional new weapons (firstly because I don't have time for large-scale spriting projects, and mostly because I can't code ACS, so they won't have HUD support...)
What I planned to do (but I'm not sure If I'll actually implement it) is to create some heavy weapons that the player can pick up and use until they run out of ammo. Good candidates for this are the shocktrooper's minigun, the berserker's revolving shotgun and the rocket grunt's shoulder-mounted rocket launcher. I believe I mentioned this idea earlier in this thread and there should be a concept video somewhere in the first few pages.
I have also toyed with the idea of switchable ammo types (think Deus Ex) in my head, but again, I only have a rough idea of how to go about it and no actual plans to do it.

Can you nerf the blood rain? if the player is on a close space to maneuver most probably it will die, is too strong the damage
Oh and the zombie monster that you post in the first page why no add the skull wizard and he can return dead zoldier like those sprites? but only the soldiers

If only there were new weapons for this mod. All the weapons are badass, but it's always nice to see new variety. It's unfortunate that it's so difficult to add them and make them look consistent, because that's what made them so badass.

the Berserker Chainshotgun could use the minigun from F.E.A.R Perseus Mandate as a base to work from with modifications made from there

Megaherz, I had a question for you... do you accept contributions to the pack? Because I was working on a few

Marksman : stealth grunt variant with yellow coloration on his armor fires a single shot bolt action sniper rifle that can drop the player outright uses quotes from the payday 2 cloaker speed is identical to the stealth grunt very low hp very high damage dangerous in numbers or when accompanied by other grunts

Theron Guard : Don't let the name fool you these guys are human but they pack a burstfire SMG with a 48 round magazine fast on their feet low hp very aggressive

Skullzerker : This guy would make the berserker shit himself. comes armed with a minigun with a 500 round feed chute has a distinct skull painted onto his visor. [Masochist Only] uses bulldozer quotes from payday 2

I don't like the idea of a bolt-action sniper rifle outclassing the awesome might of the Orion Sniper Gauss Cannon. I say just give the Marksman the Sniper Gauss Cannon, and have him drop the weapon or some slugs upon death.

Or have the bolt-action sniper rifle be used as a temporary weapon with maybe only 2-3 (5 max)clips before you drop the weapon and forced have to find another one.

( Its basically effective early-mid game or when the Gauss ammunition pretty scarce and you won't have to worry about it outclassing the Gauss Sniper :))

I have to say, even though Project MSX doesn't phase me that much, I love the plasma grunt sprites in this pack.
