oh yeah, pickup sprites are has a quite problems too.

the clip replacement is a non-working pistol. even i dropped my pistol and picked that up, but it was wont working. so i'm just recommend to make a own clip sprite. if doom and weasel is busy, diaz's pistol clip should be works. also shell box, magnum box is silly looking. magnum box is looks like a shrinked cheappy picture rip, shell box is just colorful red with shells without yellow thing.

about some weapon pickup sprites, shotgun, AR, Rocket launcher kinda needs more touch. because i see the unfinished looking full same-colored parts.

Ah, I figured it was something embarrassingly easy :oops:.

Copied the original FONTDEFS back over and it worked. Thanks!

You have to edit Sbarinfo.txt and look up section //ammo bar and change this:

Some fair points, especially regarding the clip replacement but I do have some disagreements,
The AR was fine really dont know why I have changed it, so was the shotgun with the exception of the sling, this was a difficult choice because at the time I wasn't happy with the gun floating on a sling.
The rocket launcher did need a few touch-ups however.

I really cant say I agree about the magnum box, I actually kind of like it and while I didnt make the ammo pickups I probably would have done something similar as a 'speedloader' would more-or-less look like a small cylinder one could easily walk past, It doesn't look like a 'shrinked cheapy picture rip' to me, at its current resolution (i'm not about to go make a bunch of hi-res pickups and destroy what little consistency exists I think weasel did a fine job) if it was downsized from a photo or some other image it would be a blurry mess even with cleaning and sampling.

the shell box just needed a bit of detail so I have done so as pictured below but In regards to the "is just colorful red with shells without yellow thing" at the perspective the shells are sitting in one would not be able to see the brass.

Note: These are scaled for preview purposes they're actually quite a bit smaller.

I should probably pm wildweasel if he feels like updating stuff like adding the new hud, the new pickups and the offset for the hud needs to be reduced from -55 to -54 to remove the one pixel line on the right side of the screen.

well, of course these got something what i don't like. so i revamped few things like this;

nice stuff man! I love the pistol mag and seperate two shells and the rifle touch is nice too. not entirely keen on the shotgun the stock looks a wee bit fat, but I just noticed a few blurred pixels that you've cleaned up.

oh whddahell. i made those sprites with shrink your images. so of course these was got some flaws, and i fixed it for sure.
also looks like you're want those, so i decided to release original sprites. have fun with those.

not sure if this has been brought up, but the revolver can gib smaller enemies at times.

i had a hunch he wanted it to be in there. =P i admit it makes using it a hell of a lot more fun (though always gibbing Imps would probably become a bit monotonous after a while).

Well, since I've updated the pickup sprites and the base HUD graphic, I'm looking into potentially "updating" the enemies some more. So far, I've only got the zombies, imps, and the Baron; if I keep going with this, I feel that what I should do is borrow more enemies from Realm667, recolor them to be closer to the originals (though with the new designs; i.e. I'd take the Cacolich and make him red, the Tortured Soul and paint him brown, etc), and alter the behavior to be similar to the originals but with nicer-looking effects. Ideas, recommendations, suggestions to quit while I'm ahead? =P

come to think of it, recoloring is isn't bad at all. but some colors needs to be same as vanilla one but darker or different.
