Updated the strife patch, now the shopkeepers should actually display what they are selling and they now sell more things. Also fixes a few bugs with the scripting and npc idling.

Perhaps you can create a alternate system in Strife to the alchemy... injections? Different kinds of enhancement stims. The enemies are supposed to be enhanced super soldiers, cybernetic limbs covered in armor, but they also probably where injected with different physical enhancing drugs that you could theoretically get hold off through blackmarket sources.

Is there a chance to make it so that forced exit deaths don't bring your exp back to level 1? (The Scythe series is particularly guilty of such.)

Edit: There's also the issue of the anti-rad boots not working as intended. (read: not working at all)

I have no idea how to circumvent it other than using Changemap to go to the next level.

It doesn't work on lava.

I am trying to run Wrath of Cronos with Doom 2 using GZDoom but every time I do that it immediately crashes, I tried many ways of placing the patches for them to work but every time I do that the Doom patch seems to be causing problems.

Am I doing something wrong or it just needs to be fixed soon?

are you sure your gzdoom is up to date? that might be the reason.

on the other hand - it would be nice to be able to use more than one summoned monster, e.g. one of each type simultaneously.

So if I use the Not Hexen Patch, I won't need to use the other patches, right? I'm asking because I can't gain any exp with the Not Hexen Patch on Heretic.

for some reason mac miller is playing while im ingame and i cant seem to find the song file on my computer (this also is happening for me on half-life warzone)

commander: You need both the not-hexen patch (since normally some of the resources are taken from HEXEN.WAD) AND the Heretic/Doom/Strife Compatibility patch (so it can replace the resources specifically found in those games).

Sounds like you left an audio CD in your disc drive.

Still doesn't explain why it would play during my games

Because the games in question are both designed to play CD music from their own discs, and don't bother to try to detect whether or not it is the correct disc to be playing music from. The solution is just to remove the disc from your drive before playing.

Maybe the slot 1 weapons should have more effects as you level up (like Hexen 2). A duel blade wielding Rogue would be nice. That will give people more reason to increase Blade mastery.
