Say, how are weapons gonna be handled in there? Like how many are there, can you upgrade them...

I have Hellstorm Archon who made severals weapons sprite sheet for me. Few of them are going to just work as normal with a max of ammo in the weapon and a reload feature. I have did some 3D modeling for fun after thinking to maybe add 3D models into the project.
Since i really liked the Quake 3 Arena's Doomguy, i decided to craft my own one from scratch. I only used the skin texture file.
It's been like 12 years i used 3D Studio Max and i feel i am kinda forgotten and unexperienced lol.
The player model zoomed

I feel i did few mistake and errors on the model, but it is still a test model... still not sure if i am gonna use 3D or not.

Well now he's too thin, reminds of of that one anime where everyone had Skellington proportions. What was it called, Code Gauss or something?

HAHAHA, i laughted at that one, i did not even realize he was that thin at all from my modeling perspective. I did not wanted to redo the rig and the bone skining which is a pain sometimes.
So i edited the modeldef file of this actor's scale value and set it to 1.6 1.6 1.0, that make it look less thinier.
A quick ingame test of the old model to the newst model with XY scale of 1.6
