That may or may not be, but I have a new desktop background. This pleases me. (And it is relevant because it is the big caco circus family "conceptart" from this thread.)
I don't see how the nice caco house image makes sense as "fat cacos" concept art, though.
Presumably, if this mod is anything at all, it will replace cacos with cacos that use different graphics and perhaps express fatness through their behaviour.
All I have seen is lightning, upscaled caco and some drawings that do or do not match the project title, but amuse and delight in their own right.
On the odd chance that this is real... wait for more evidence?
