I forgot i was working on this project when i decided to do other things, but its not quite finished yet, needs some tweeks, goning to change some weapon functions after playing a bit and what not, but its a mod featuring Eriance's fine weapons, well some of them.
Basicly, its a mod were you can find upgrades to you're weapons, and you get inventory items to help, like grenades, throwing knives, re-enforment call in radio's, auto injectors that heal you if you below 50 hp i think it is.
the weapons only have 1 upgrade each right now, with a pick up sprite that matches the upgraded weapon. Weapons have basic attack functions to start with.
Fists - no upgrade
Pistol - Starts with a laser, but you can find a silencer that works, monsters dont hear ya, unless ya shoot em.
Shotgun - Auto loader, use secondary fire to fire full auto.
Super Shotgun - Mega Smasher, use secondary fire to fire 20 shells at once.
Smg - Grenade Launcher, use secondary fire to launch grenades.
Chaingun - No Upgrade Yet, with plans for explosive bullets soon.
Rocket Launcher - Cluster Upgrade, use secondary fire to fire a cluster of mini missiles.
Plasma Rifle - Particle Accelerator (Light), Use secondary fire to fire Railgun shot.
B.F.G. 9000 - Particle Accelerator (Heavy), Use secondary fire to fire oldbfg.
ammo stays near the same, pistol and smg use clip ammo, grenade ammo was added for the grenade launcher. Chaingun uses belt ammo instead. The rest so far stays the same old.
Still in progress, a few more bugs to iron out, but here is a video of the weapon upgrades in progress.

any idea for weapons i may have missed or upgrade ideas let me know, however adding too many upgrades to a weapon does give the engine a headache it seems.

So it's basically a revamped version of eriguns?

Actually it just seems to use Eriance's weapon sprites. Eriguns had different sounds, if I recall correctly.
