Are these enemies featured in any mod? I'm planning an arena wad for these

Re: [Release]Wolfenstein 3D Bosses rotations.
They are free for everyone, if credit is given to the rightfull owner.
I was also hoping for more bosses, by other spriters, by using these sprite sheets as base.
And sofar i know, DoomJedi is using the Boss rotations for his project 'splitWolf', a 2 player coop in Wolfenstein 3D engine. (YouTube-seems to be Beta 1)
Ofcourse i will try to pick up my old... very old Wolfenstein 3D invasion project, and put them all in there.
If im correct some of them are in project Bossbattles.

Not my fault...... or....?doomjedi wrote:Great work, love it

I've lost the password of the moddb.com forum, for quite some time, but recently i tried a few password out of my bare memory.
And one of them, seems to be working....
Ofcourse i have now made a paper-list of all my known passwords.
It seems storing them on a PC or a memory stick is not enough more reliable than the old fashion paper.
That means, if you put away the paper on a known and safe place...

I've been touching up on your rotations for personal use. So far, I've finished touching up Mecha Hitler.
I was kind of disappointed that Hans und Gretel's guns aren't teal colored in your sprite rotations, like the originals.
Also, your rotations work wonderfully in ECWolf, no cropping or resizing needed.

I'll check at them later.
Yeah i've had many more comments about it.PSTrooper wrote: I was kind of disappointed that Hans und Gretel's guns aren't teal colored in your sprite rotations, like the originals.
It just happened because i had some transparancy problems and i wasnt able to convert true colors into a wad file.
But, im going to 'chrome' their guns soon or later.
Aswell as the shoulder-chest movements.
Thats great ! I made them within the 64x64 size.PSTrooper wrote:Also, your rotations work wonderfully in ECWolf, no cropping or resizing needed.
I'm also done with General Fettgesicht, i probably gonna need again some help here, because my Slade or XWE somehow isnt going to help me with the transparancy-chrome color of the weapons combo.
But first i post up the finished Fettgesicht sprite sheet, in case my PC suddenly breaks down, and that all progress has been lost
I still need to do some fine-tuning here and there. Same goes for the chrome color of Hans and Gretel guns.

Re: [Release]Wolfenstein 3D Bosses rotations.
Glad to see you are just about done with the last of the original and nocturnal mission bosses. Can't wait to see how you do with the spear of destiny bosses, Also could you you give the hitler ghost and the sod ghost full rotations?

Re: [Release]Wolfenstein 3D Bosses rotations.
Any plans for doing gibbed deaths?
...or perhaps mugshots in case you feel like playing like a boss.

All later.Slax wrote:Any plans for doing gibbed deaths?

Rotations is harder than to do an alternate death.
So i used to do the hard work first and then to do the easier things.
Started with Trans Grosse (green -and Wolfenstein3D PC- version).
I believe DoomJedi made full rotations of the Hitler ghost.armymen12002003 wrote:...Also could you you give the hitler ghost and the sod ghost full rotations?
Let me see if i can -and if im alowed to- post up HIS work here.
I don't think he wouldn't mind, aslong as credits are given to the rightful creator/person.
And yes the SOD ghost is on my list too, soo why i have not put up its name on the list on the first page of this topic, i do not know
Apparently i forgot?
That would be great, let me create a wad file and hopefully you can convert it into true color PNG's.PSTrooper wrote:Whatever you need help with I am more than happy to lend a hand ripping and converting sprites or getting them to work in slade.

Re: [Release]Wolfenstein 3D Bosses rotations.
Yes I did, those are part of "SplitWolf". Along with many other useful art, animations, frames and rotations, especially for the Wolf3D/Sod enemies.UnTrustable wrote: I believe DoomJedi made full rotations of the Hitler ghost.
UnTrustable doesn't seem to want to do again work already done by other Spriters, just for the sake of the credit. The only such "doubling" was Mecha frames (SplitWolf features "my" version, though I still prefer to replace it with more accurate Untrustable variant...it's just that Untrustable preferred me to use my variant, don't remember the exact reasons why...)
Sure you can, no probLet me see if i can -and if im alowed to- post up HIS work here.

Not to build up any negative pressure to any one.
I'll listen to everyone who has a certain complaint, if vallid, even if i have to create my own version of the said sprite sheet,
then i'll still follow the said valid complaint and will not share the said sprite sheet, even though it comes from my own hand.
That is my juridical stance.
I also dont remember saying your variant is better.
Maybe its because i did not made the Hitler ghost myself, since YOU (DoomJedi) already made one.
Of which i am still disagreed by the fact that people dont 'like' the oxygen tanks on mecha's back.doomjedi wrote:The only such "doubling" was Mecha frames
People are still believing that the tubes on the helmet goes to its shoulders and disappear within the armor, but nobody ever has seen the top view nor the back view of his mech suit, so, HOW does someone proof these tubes goes into his shoulder into the armor?
If you look close to the Death Knight of SOD, he also have the same tubes, but where Hitler's mech suit his shoulders seems to be 'free' and 'clean', Death Knight has Rocket launchers installed there, so WHERE does these air tubes go to....?
Its totally unlogical that these tubes, goes into the shoulders and disappear inside the armor...
Thats WHY i came up with the oxygen tanks on Hitler's Mech suit on his back.
In the time of Hitler 1945 i can't believe they came with quare shaped oxygen tanks, but if it looks or suits it better, than i will make it like such,
but THATS why i made those tanks, and did not let the tubes go into the armor via the shoulders.
I am even open minded to let the tubes go inside the armor via his back in the top area. (without visible oxygen tanks on his back)
One last thing, and i need you guys to think logical. The tubes on his helmet has a purpose, and i can only think of oxygen.
IF the oxygen tanks are inside the armor, why cant the oxygen not flow via his helmet (neck area)?
Having oxygen tanks inside the armor means less room for the body of Hitler himself, however, that is still doable.
His armor is bigger than Hitler himself, so imaginary, the tanks CAN be inside his armor.
So, the end conclusion says, im fine with the fact that the tubes are going inside Hitlers mech via the shoulder area, but to me it is soo unlogical.
Same thing goes for Hitler's chainguns, it looks like they are red colored.
