The only time I see a lot of Hell Nobles besides that level, is in the 1st 7 levels of Doom 2 because there aren't any Arachnotrons until Dead Simple.

It's not part of the maps, it is just the imp and zombie sounds from the Accessories to Murder mod in a separate file.
