@Nash:
If it's just about muzzle glows and flash durations, feel free to correct anything that can bring the whole thing as close to vanilla as possible. The general functionality of the mod should not be changed, though (i.e. keeping existing options to switch pistol orientation etc).

Re: PerK's Smooth Weapons Enhanced [v3.0]
right on! glad to hear. i'm hoping that if my calculations were incorrect, it won't be too much of a hassle to fix them. after these changes are pushed, i could try my hand at making a more faithful animation for the bfg while also being mindful about the muzzle flash duration.

@Nash:
Would you consider releasing an intermediate version that contains your fix for the IDCLEVer bug we discussed a few months back? I would really like to play around with it, but if you prefer to wait until all the features you guys want are implemented for the new version that's also your call

Version 3.1 has the following fixes:
- Fixed compatibility with m8f's IDCLEVer
- Merged some animation tweaks by DenisBelmondo to better match vanilla Doom behaviour
- Merged Scuba Steve's improved smooth shotgun sprites
- Fixed A_Light behaviour for all weapons
- General sprite maintenance (cleanup of dirty pixels, fixing wrong offsets, etc)
Note to NightFright: I did not update the readme text file, sorry... kindly edit the necessary changes as I am unsure of your preferred writing style and am running short on time at the moment

Re: PerK's Smooth Weapons Enhanced [v3.1]
If someone adds an option for always precise pistol, will it be accepted?

Re: PerK's Smooth Weapons Enhanced [v3.1]
You mean change it so that the pistol always fires precisely if you hold the fire button, just as if you just fire once, let go, then fire again? Well, as far as I am concerned, it could be added. Whether Nash wants to do it is another thing... provided he joins on GitHub.

Re: PerK's Smooth Weapons Enhanced [v3.1]
Minimum requirement for the mod to work is GZDoom v4.1.3. I guess this should be mentioned in the readme somewhere. Will take care of it for next release.

Re: PerK's Smooth Weapons Enhanced [v3.1.1]
Hi NightFright,
Do you still have Version 1.32 of this mod? I'm stuck at GZDoom 3.6.0 because of viewtopic.php?f=50&t=66389 and
also I don't want the weapon speed changes that the newer versions introduced.
I'd appreciate if you can share a link to it if you still have it, thanks in advance.
