I know. It's really cool stuff Bio. It's just something that seems to happen to a lot of people. Or at least me.

Indeed. I was quite insipred on my first runthough. It definitely helped decide what direction I went in when I continued the following weeks.

Does anyone else have screenshots? You should all have something to show by now...

Bah, still another 2 days before I can try some of these maps. E1M9 especially, I'm getting sick of waiting to see what TUD did and how much nicer my section looks (As long as I don't see colors of pink and purple).

Bio: Speaking of DB, I think I'm going to open up my editor and go work on DTCA for a little while...

An update from the Toxin Refinery (At last): I'm populating NMN's area and I've added a small area of my own. (The door at the stack of crates in the mines.)

Screenshots please.
Heh, to be honest that door was suppose to have a

Code: Select all

script 200 (void)
{
print (s:"This door is barred from the other side";)
}
and nothing behind them :P
I want to see the shots.

It only has the basic layout ATM. Once I finish populating your area, I'll get on to finising my bit. My bit is a mined out area that hasn't been used yet. It's all rocky and has a few monsters in it.

Why's that? Watch a movie, play some modern games, I usually get inspired by Q2, Unreal or the dozen of Oldskool RomZ I have on my HD (pirate...:glare: )
Anyway-Nice shots Kirb, kinda remind me of my 2002 stuff that I lost :( I doubt it but maybe CH has them on his HD...

Very good news rigt now: I am working on the last room for E1M5 I additionally added: "The Labs", to make the Phobos Labs really look like Labs and not like another Nukage station ;) I have no more screenshots for you right now but several statistics and information for you, so here we go:

Statistics:
Original E1M5
-------
665 Vertices
825 Linedefs
1053 Sidedefs
143 Sectors
293 Things

Our E1M5
--------
8028 Vertices (12x)
9798 Linedefs (11x)
16740 Sidedefs (16x)
1988 Sectors (13x)
595 Things (2x, but I haven't done much to this right now)

Isn't this amazing? :):):):):)

Information:
As I have already said, just one room is left and the thing is finished :) A new section with another key has been added, detail has been added, rooms have been added, blabla :) Everything is larger, more detailed and more amazing then ever before :) Look forward to saturday evening ;)
