Re: Custom Texture Thread.
Nice, but there seems to be something odd with both these and the woodmet ones. It seems as if they have been resized slightly (by image shack?). The textures seem to be just under 128x128 and there is a cyan-ish resizing border around them:

Re: Custom Texture Thread.
I've uploaded them all again, hopefully they're okay now. As an added bonus, there's a few more WOODMET textures.

Even more SHAWNy stuff:

(I've included a couple of textures from a few pages back for the sakes of completeness.)

Re: Custom Texture Thread.
Very nice, as ever.
This one just makes sense:

I'm guessing that it is meant to be kind of like what a clean version of METAL would look like. Personally I have always imagined the SHAWN-like textures to be representing some sort of stainless steel or aluminium or something so it wouldn't rust. Nevertheless it still makese sense to have something in the same style as METAL.

Re: Custom Texture Thread.
I wouldn't mind seeing some brushed steel textures that don't look like they're curved outward.

Re: Custom Texture Thread.
NiGHTMARE, was it you who did a bunch of textures called shawnblue, shawngold, shawngreen, shawnred and shawnsilver? If so would you mind re uploading them because a) I can't find the thread they were in and b) I've just noticed that the copies that I saved also suffer from being resized like the other textures you posted earlier in this thread did.

Re: Custom Texture Thread.
Yep, they're over in the useful textures thread. I've just reuploaded them along with two others affected by the resizing issue (the FLOOR1_6 set and the tan marble set); that should be all of them now, but let me know if I missed any.
Oh, and I also added a bonus shawndark set

Re: Custom Texture Thread.
Hmmm, these didn't turn out as good as I hoped they might. Still, someone may find them useful...

I'd actually really appreciate it if someone with appropriate 1337 skillz could tidy them up so that I could look at what they did to improve them. Any takers?
