Before posting your Resource, please make sure you can answer YES to any of the following questions:
Is the resource ENTIRELY my own work?
If no to the previous one, do I have permission from the original author?
If no to the previous one, did I put a reasonable amount of work into the resource myself, such that the changes are noticeably different from the source that I could take credit for them?
If you answered no to all three, maybe you should consider taking your stuff somewhere other than the Resources forum.
The cluster launcher is a really neat idea, but it doesn't work very well in the standard Doom maps. It was better in ROTT, since there were more wide open areas.
The hurricane machinegun is overpowered. Most rapid fire railguns are.
The plasmapistol is a really simple edit, yet it makes a nice starting weapon. I'm surprised nobody thought of that before, it would be a nice weapon for a sci fi mod. I don't like the animation with it jumping up and down every time you fire it, though, a Hold: state would help a lot. I know the original in HacX jumped up and down, but it would be a lot smoother if it raised up, then stayed raised until the player lets go of the fire button.
The slayer machinegun, as Xaser said, is pretty cool. I went to MAP32 and gave myself the weapon and took on the Cyberdemon, that brought back memories from Wolf3d, fighting Grosse with the chaingun.
