I think a simple solution that Randy needs to move his forum into another hosting provider that actually allows nudity (since I have actually seen other phpBB forums that allows nudity) which will not hinder a sprite artists creativity if they wanted include nudity in their sprites and want to show it openly.

I think you need to drop the issue. You can post your nude sprites on any website except this one and label your off-site links with appropriate age warnings.

the real thing you should be considering: how many artists here actually want to use nudity? Why should randy waste what may or may not equate to more money just for your dumb interest?

(also don't forget that it's never actually been confirmed that nudity isn't allowed by the host, but this doesn't matter because it's a forum rule anyways)

I don't want to backseat moderate but this thread has no point imho. We weren't even told what said nudes sprites are needed for. It looks like the author just wanted to start an useless debate whetever it is moral or not to post nude pictures.

And the op linked a hentai (anime porn, in case you didn't know) site in the first post, which actually does violate rules. Isn't nudity allowed to be linked offsite, but not porn?
