[MAPINFO] "Default" difficulty with game definitions

Small thing, but a mod that I'm working on has only four difficulties, and by default when I get to the difficulty selection screen it always highlights the second. I would rather it be the third.

You'll want the DefaultSkill flag in the desired Skill block. It seems this is not documented on the Wiki... I guess I shall remedy that.

Edit: [wiki=MAPINFO/Skill_definition]'Tis done[/wiki]. 8-)
