Doom 64 Stuff (Update. 10/1/2010)

Projects that have specifically been abandoned or considered "dead" get moved here, so people will quit bumping them. If your project has wound up here and it should not be, contact a moderator to have it moved back to the land of the living.

If you want to, you can take the menu skull from Realms of Chaos. It's an exact copy of the one from Doom 64.

I already have the skull graphics. The problem is I don't know if I can get it to rotate since Doom's original skull only has two frames of animation anyways.

Through ANIMDEFS. If you have ROC already, look in ANIMDEFS and you'll find the animations.

I rearely ever see people credited for advice. ("Thanks To" section, maybe.)

This looks really cool, Footman! I just hope the Doom 64 branch doesn't completely pull the rug out from under you.

Also, when will your avatar be finished? :P

I did indeed write my own and ripped the skull from Doom 64 EX, but I'll give ya thanks for informing me that I could do such a thing with ANIMDEFS.

Probably not. Doom 64's actors are actually fairly larger in height and radius than Doom's.

This little mod has one appeal that the Doom 64 branch won't: Playing through your favorite pwads Doom64 style. :D

Err, it's been finished. For several weeks now.

Like so :D

Good to see someone give a care about doom 64 for once to make a TC available to all doom ports.

Keep up the good work footman.

Isn't the D64 branch a means of getting the ZDoom to recognize/run the map format? The actors still need their DECORATE ;)
