Here my second try!Ghastly_dragon wrote:Yeah, it's a single huge missile (a small nuke, actually) in a launcher. I also meant rotations like this:
I can take care of all the tilting myself, I just need the 1, 2/8 and 4/6 rotations (3/7 is already done, since that's the pickup sprite itself ), the 3/7 walking (an underside view), and a version of the 1, 2/8, 3/7 and 4/6 without the missile in it (for the firing frame).

Thanks!
And it just occured to me, I can probably start and finish the crouching sprites for it, right now (If I didn't have an essay due in 38 hours, anyway).
Edit: And while waiting for a study group, I just finished most of the crouching sprites aside from the F frame.

Redeemer's almost done, and the Carbine shouldn't take a lot of time. After those, I'll release the new version (I like the idea of releasing it at 45 skins even, full three rows, in that demo image ).
Then I was going to start on DE's Chainsaw, implement ItsNatureToDie's new skin, and I'm not sure what else.

Is it me, or is the redeemer missile smiling? Other than that, great work so far!

It was supposed to be a circle... But I've noticed it.Hellser wrote:Is it me, or is the redeemer missile smiling? Other than that, great work so far!

I just noticed that. It's barely noticable, but at least there's some comedy. The UT2k4 redeemer had "swallow this!" written on the side.Hellser wrote:Is it me, or is the redeemer missile smiling? Other than that, great work so far!

I think the Wal-Mart yellow face is better for a missile.

I think one of the UT Flak Cannon Grenade has a big smiley face on it. (Note: One, I'm not sure which version it is, possibily just plain old UT)Woolie Wool wrote:I think the Wal-Mart yellow face is better for a missile.

The smiley is in Plain UT, UT 2003 and 2004. I don't know for 3, since i don't own it.

I'll have to check in 3 then. Kind of hard since there is no real 'pause' feature.ZDG wrote:The smiley is in Plain UT, UT 2003 and 2004. I don't know for 3, since i don't own it.

Here's a demo of the other skin I'm working on:
Not as impressive as the Redeemer, but this one's very easy to work on. This'll be in the next release, too.
(FYI, it's easy to tell when I working on a college computer. I can't figure out how to apply transparency in Photoshop, so I leave the cyan background in the demo. )

Meh, I usually don't bother doing that, due to laziness.Ghastly_dragon wrote: (FYI, it's easy to tell when I working on a college computer. I can't figure out how to apply transparency in Photoshop, so I leave the cyan background in the demo. )

Here's a grenade launcher marine, I made. I don't remember if I submitted this one yet. It's based off of the grenade launcher zombie in my Nuke-Um weapon's mod, which was later edited to be the NailBorg commando.
