Looks a lot less generic and eye raping than before.

I don't think it ever did "eyerape" to be honest. It's just from the still screenshots you can't really make anything too well. When it's in motion, all becomes clear!

I needed that to see that I'm banned from Doomseeker.
Oh yeah, awesome. All I ever did, was host a server to play with a friend.
Whatever.

You might want to take that up with the skulltag forums

This.. is... amazing. The amount of weapons, characters and maps is staggering. The 8-BIT authenticity really shines. It feels classic, but novel; it is brilliant in its simplicity. This is easily one of the best projects out there.

Re: Megaman 8-Bit Deathmatch - Released!
My only complaint thus far is that once you get more than 4-8 or so players (depending on map size and available weapons) it just devolves into a spamfest.
Although, I suppose that's true for any deathmatch.
The boss fights in the campaign are pretty brutal, too, but that's a good thing.
It was certainly nice being able to play this online, though; I was previously unable (kind of) to do so because I couldn't be bothered to dig up the old Skulltag version being used by the servers.
Knight Man skin + Proto Buster = MINDGAMES.

kinda liked it, but was majorly annoyed by the fact that you couldn't save anywhere. Are you supposed to play thru it all in one go? eww.

Dr. Light says it saves after each chapter. It's true; after you beat the Megaman 1 segment, for example, you can start at Megaman 2..+:icytux:+. wrote:kinda liked it, but was majorly annoyed by the fact that you couldn't save anywhere. Are you supposed to play thru it all in one go? eww.
Also, problem: Plant Shield is impossible to pick up... not that it's all that good anyway.
ALSO HYPER BOMBS ARE OVERPOWERED AS SHIT
