Are there any compound bow sprites (modern hi-tech bow like Rambo's, not a wooden one or a crossbow) that I can use?

Samsara would have the most exhaustive collection easily found already packaged on the Internet. I mean, it even has the Doug Huggem quotes.HazeBandicoot wrote:Anyone's got a bunch of Duke Taunts/Short one liners?

Figure I may as well see if anyone feels so inclined to take a stab at this...
I have this monster (load the wad and "summon priest" to see it in action) I'm working on, based on the acolyte. When you're in the monster's line of sight, he slows your movement speed down for a second (thanks again for this idea Gez, it's pretty awesome), then suspends you in the air for another few seconds, freezing your movement completely. The acolyte's sprites fit really well for the monster behavior, though the attack sprites look a little static, given the length of the attack animation. What would be great is if his attack frames (specifically, ACOLE1 - ACOLF5) had an extra frame or two of animation to the yellow wispies on the hands. ACOLF5, for example, looks like this:

... but the problem is that for the majority of the duration of his attack, you just see that single, static frame (or any of its angled variants). I suppose another option would be to remove the yellow glow from his hands altogether, and replace it with something actor-based.

well, you heard me! here's the link!Captain J wrote:made by alclsth031 at doom naver cafe. and yes, i just got his permission to use them. so no worries.A bunch of sprites from progressing doom IWAD called Struggle,
and of course i know they are low quality sprites and taken from some real-life pictures, as the creator said so. but i kinda like those sprites because they has stronger feelings of old school doom iwads. especially SPAS shotgun is my top favorite.
and if anyone wants to doom-ize or improve them, i would be appreciated!
EDIT: if the link on the mention doesn't works, i can show you some screenshots.

The actor name of Eriance's Acolyte is actually "Priest".Tango wrote:
This thing also seems to share more of a color scheme with Eriance's Dark Avatar than Eriance's Acolyte. It looks cool.

I think the hand positions are similar to some of the Cleric's, but not close enoguh that it's a quick job to paste something together. Might be something to ask this guy about.SamVision wrote:I need a mace with the fighter's hands. Anyone have something like that?
There's one in this resource (check the mirror Enjay posted further down), but I'm not sure if it's in a style you can use or not.MJ79 wrote:Are there any compound bow sprites (modern hi-tech bow like Rambo's, not a wooden one or a crossbow) that I can use?

Are there any sprites out there of a hand enemy like the Wall Master from the Legend of Zelda series? I don't really need rotations, just open palm and closed hand frames.

Does anyone know if there exists a sprite set of the Mancubus shooting one cannon at a time, like the Nightmare Mancubus in DRLA?

Are there standing sprites of the Blue Dog from the Wolfenstein 3d Mission pack?
If exists, can someone share it here?

first, make sure download the Consolidated Wolfenstein 3D TC and unzip it and open Wolf3D_Resources.pk3 with the editor and then look for WSPR2103, that's the first sprite of the doberman.
