Are you sure you want to scale them down that much?
Also, do you know you can change an actor's scale in its DECORATE code?

you can scale this sprite with decorating in slade or slumped, put [Scale *type size value that you wanted*] at sentry's ACTOR.
or, 0.1~0.3's are going to be much smaller than this sprite's size. are you sure about this?
EDIT: Oops, too late.

"Scale" in DECORATE will scale the image.
Anyway, you can just copy-paste it in even MSPaint and put 10%, or 20%, etc. Really simple.

The size of that thing is already minimal, why would you want to scale it down?

Does anyone have a sky that tiles horizontally and vertically? It doesn't matter too much what colour it is, I can always Colourize it in SLADE.

Do they resize well? I kind of need one that's 256 by 128.

well if you're using them as a sky just use as-is. the engine will fit it correctly.

have one of my own now...
could someone recolour the armor on this: to match the standard doom-guy green. I've tried in photoshop but to no avail and its driving me crazy... when i convert it to doom pallete it always looks off.
