I didn't find it anywhere.
How can i make my own 'UnknowBars'? ^^'

those seem to be a part of the console font, see ImageTool and the confont.pcx inside the archive

They are indeed part of the confont. I've edited them before. Actually, mine were just edits of the already changed ones in the WolfensteinTC confont.
