They're all from WolfenDOOM, which has been known to use both Wolf3D enemies and custom-made enemies for some of their wilder projects.
The game gives you a headache too?! I knew I wasn't alone! Actually, it's not so much a headache as much as .... okay now you're going to think I'm weird. It makes me itch. Yeah, I know. WTF. I *think* it has something to do with the sound being low-quality and scratchy... like listening to someone run their nails over a chalkboard. I hate that.

Played the wad but it's gonna be a bit difficult to make a GOOD map that incorperates all of these monsters. You would have to create a full episode or a good few levels to make the most out of this. I don't feel up to the job, or I would offer to help, but I have too much to do...
Also, I thought most of them just seemed to be suped up versions of smaller ones... it was just a bit monotonouse after a while and seems like a vain attempt to try and put these new monster making skills to work. However, if giest produces a nice set of levels that incorperates these then it has some potential... it's just a pity that all the weight lays on giests shoulders... he'll surely collapse uner the pressure of it all .
