Hell, I don't even remember working on this, but I would love to see it more stuff for it. This project died before Megaman 8 Bit Deathmatch and Doom Builder 2, not to mention all the improvements to zdoom and it's dervitives like gzdoom and the existing maps already lay the ground work and there is a tutorial. The community is bigger and more advanced now, and judging by some of the /nsc articles and mods from people like Cutman, Weasel, and Xaser...
I wonder if it could be revived.
Hell, I might even take some time out of my schedule to try and make something.

I'd consider this as soon as I have finished my secret project AND ZDCMP2

Re: [Pogostick] 0.9 Online! | Where are your contributions!?
Now that I noticed this thread, I would to show the idea I was planning for this:
I'm planning to make a Metroidvania Doom out of this, much in the vein of Symphony of the Night, complete with an "inverted base", variations of different monsters, open-world platforming, being able to go to different rooms, a RPG style of leveling up, and many different items and weapons/powerups/armor/etc., you get the idea. So far, I've got the basic idea down, and I'm going to start mapping soon, but I do need help with all the scripting for the RPG system, moving around in the UAC military base, how monsters will act, and how item and weapons will work.
By the way, if anyone can help, I'll gladly accept this.

Almost a year bump, but I think it was kind of needed, to a degree.
Refinery (assuming that's what he was talking about ) is done, and ZDCMP2 is almost finished (as he said in the other thread). Probably want to finish this before continuing on to a new Wolfenstein project.Tormentor667 wrote:I'd consider this as soon as I have finished my secret project AND ZDCMP2

Damn, I still have my map in progress for this and completely forgot (until now). I better start finishing it as I've only done two rooms and had a bit of script trouble.

@DexiaZ - Nice map man Keep it coming
...and for everyone else, I am not sure if I really get active with this again... but if there is enough interest, and some support, maybe I could

Sorry for doublepost, I want to ask:
My new map. I think you know what is this...
Well, I need help with ACS. I'm not good with that. Maybe somebody can do script for this map?
