Finally managed to make the Nishimura Seven look...Garandly. I'm actually quite pleased with it so far, though I'll probably end up making a simpler/lower-poly version of the model later on. Still needs a front sight post, a top rail, and sling mounts. Oh, and textures - can't forget those textures.

That being said, Ive given this what I hope is a last going over.
the tug anim on the underhand was pure jank anyway because if you did that in real life the whole gun would be tilted or angled left in order to do it.
centred, as it is, this overhand way would be the only real comfortable way to pull back the bolt anyway. try it by miming (or using a gun if you've one handy) both ways and you'll see what I mean.
its adventageous that the hand I've chosen todo this with is generic enough in its form that he could be tugging with just his index and middle or the all the fingers or whatever.
interpret as you will...

Looking back at the previous one, yes, that does actually look a lot more natural (and miming the action does indeed confirm this). Nice job.

Lookin' good there OSJC! i hope you keep updating the Slayer Legacy sprites a bit more. Loved the PDW's extended and overhauled sprites.

thanks man.
As theres slight interest afterall, here is an extra set of the plasma (as will be used in the next slayers legacy update for major crisis):

closer matching muzzle detail (also just apdated the sheet above to reflect said change too) and its also worth mentioning that I've just tweaked the colour saturation to better match the idle frames.

And here's the smg's frames, while I'm at it, too.

transluscent backgrounds on these as my cheap rotations have blurred edges. (not that noticable in game as they're reasonably-fast anims)

Just about done with the Nishimura Seven test model. I was actually able to get some good example frames:

Background looks kinda shitty, mostly because I'm using a shrunk image as a link to the full-sized version.

EDIT: Holy shit, that magazine is way too small.
