It does have player sprites, with little green triangles floating over them to indicate which player each is, since making a green batman would be out of the question, I suppose,

even though player 2 would still be grey in the regular game, and seeing two to seven additional batmen running around is hilarious in any situation.
Need a Robin lol I can picture using Corvus and the Cleric to create a Modern Robin,
or do 60's Robin using the Strife's Civilians sprites.

Maybe this should be a crossover with that Wolfenstein wad that has shark enemies in it

Maybe, adding water stages or change the can saying "Sharks/Demon/Thugs Repellent"

I can s this weapon can be like chainsaw counter part.
but it's weaker but have a mid close range attack,
like a mini flamethrower range.

And the Bat bombs (From the Batman Reborn Mod"
can be smoke bombs instead.
Being thrown, it be doing lesser damage then the rocket launcher damage.
but the high damage will be replaced of a gas/smoke cloud that rapidly hurts the enemies if they're in the gas/smoke,
kinda like the Cleric's Fléchette item from Hexen.

I mean, in a perfect world, all the Batmen would instead be assorted Robins and Batgirls and Nightwings, etc., but honestly I think having the Mighty Morphin Batman Rangers would be infinitely more fun.

I seem to recall that the original Japanese version of Spiderman could transform into or summon an enormous robot. I have no issue with Batman exercising similar rights.

Something that occurred to me later, in the story with Batman wearing different colored costumes, the point is to distract onlookers from noticing Robin, who has the same injury as Dick Grayson earlier acquires in public view, yet the primary thing r&r noticed in that picture was Robin.
I imagine that Bat Shark Repellent is similar to duct tape in being named after its original intended usage but may be effective in other bat tasks.

I was going to say that's Peni Parker, a relatively new character created by Gerard Way, that has a lot of references to mecha anime, but isn't actually Japanese. But uh, then I checked and you're right, Toei actually made a Spider-Man series in the 70s where Spider-Man fights kaijus in a giant Ultraman-looking robot. That's wild. Marvel owns two separate unrelated versions of Spider-Man that both pilot giant robots.

Here, have a 1993 style Doom 64 imp:

thanks J, knew youd appreciate that! being an HDwolf3d officianado and all!

here:
OSJC wolf3d launcher.png
is my version 2 of the 'upscaled to doom standard' hud sprite for the rocket launcher.
inspration taken from SamVision's take on the wolf3d rl, based on the cyan weapon the bosses carry.
You can see I've also included his status bar icon and made a mac/jaguar scaled pickup for it too...

I didn't like how the jaguar one is so obviously a doom RL, and my cyan version of that still wasn't hitting the mark for me.
yeah, ok this is obviously based on doom's chaingun but somehow I feel this seems to look more like its own thing a bit.
Either way the shinier chassis of the chaingun (compared to the jaguar RL) graphics makes for an excellent translation to cyan. it really matches the wolf3d cyan tones on the door graphics, making it 'feel' more appropriately wolfy...
kinda makes me feel like its a design style of the between wolf3d/doom era or whatever...

Current WIP, but here's a concept sprite of a (possessed) Cyberdog, that would be akin to the Military Cyberdogs from New Vegas (i.e ranged attack is a psionic bark) that would be a Deimos project pre-invasion (hence the cybernetic demons)

Wanted a proper cyberdog that would fit Doom's artstyle without relying on similar concepts using the ancient lower scale/smaller pallete Wolf3D German Shepherd, opting instead for Captain Toenail's excellent Rottweiler as a base (and callback to Quake)

Will *eventually* finish it, unless someone else does it first.

I did also want to work on a third tier Hellhound based on the ancient Greek Orthus, the cut Doom 64 Hellhound enemy, and Stopsignal's Pyropork; being a demonic two headed furless red dog that is basically a walking flamethrower/short range chaingunner, however I am not that skilled or patient to pull that off, so someone can steal the idea.

Orc Warrior concept sprite, not sure if I'll finish it, may change the sword for a hammer, also could do a crossbow variant.

I've been experimenting with making sprites out of photographed models for a little bit now, and I think this is a pretty decent result.

And here's the original model, made out of plasticine and wire. I'm not the best sculptor but I think it looks okay when downscaled.

Messing around with chronoteeth and Zrrion the insect sprites, i created this... thing.

I don't know what it fires, but if you think it looks cool as a laser gun, there's a part with a sticker on it.

Actually, I was thinking more revolver-style multiple grenade launcher.

that is a good way to figure out the angles for each pose, even if you have to add extra details after the fact. i wish I had bothered to try something like that for some of the sprites I already made! Back views especially I have found easy to get slowed down by without proper references.
