Just created a new account after years of inactivity (formerly Devastator), can't seem to make a new topic in resources yet I guess, so I'll share this here. Spent the past couple hours making it, haven't used decorate in years so I can't test it for graphical oddities when in motion ingame, but the idea is it's supposed to be a Machine Pistol that fires in three round bursts, my idea behind this partly being I feel Doom's default Pistol would be better suited as a stronger Magnum hand cannon, so this would be the weaker default alternative. Hopefully someone can make good use of this

Cool animation! It's now smooth as ice. But maybe make those legs feels like they're actually moving backwards without stopping! That would be much more cooler.

hmm... maybe its my opinion, but his walk seems enforced now, like on conveyor belt, or on threadmill doing cardio.

I think it looks fine and perspective now. But i think it's because of feet not stopping when reaching backward instead of just raising the sole. It turns out it doesn't look like moving too much when they go backwards:

I have a video setup now, I should do a quicko demonstration of my workflow for creating smooth animations and see if that helps anyone. Just gotta find some free time!

Now I’m thinking I might try again at making some doom eternal sprites this is definitely much better than using footage from early gameplay teasers lol

Some of the animations are glitchy, and I can still see the HUD on the Ballista’s Destroyer Blade mod. You should also include the Unmakyr, pistol and unmodded versions of the weapons as well.

I thought the way you get the SSG in eternal was pretty cool

EDIT: Some gold decorations and some skull keys. I was trying to do skull key gizmos with these skulls and the gold decorations and somehow that turned into the shotgun offering above. Still don't have good key gizmos lol.

Very neat and unique stuff!! I love them a lot. But what are those colorful jello stuff? Or maybe a glowing crystal?

that got me thinking:
suprising there isnt "corpse holds weapon" sprites done before
or just the chainsaw stuck in one, like how oyu get in D4
