Ohhh yeaaaah babeyyyyy...

If you have a second, what's your workflow for these weapon sprites? It's something I would love to do myself but I have no idea how to get results as good as yours. What tools/techniques do you generally use?

If you want, you can use it as it is. But a cleaned up version will come.

The model is from a discontinued free to play Marvel Heroes game, only modified a lot to have better proportions for HeXen. Then I rigged it as you would rig any game 3D model for animation. It could teoretically be used in Unreal or so. Even though the rig is a mess. I was learning how to do it with this one.

And yes, there will be multiple variants. This one is unnarmed, he will most likely throw fireballs like DooM imp. There will be Shaman who can resurrect any Devilkin variant except other Shamans, melee warrior with axe, armored variant with sword and shield and maybe some more. I am thinking of some boss version of Shaman, but I didn't decided yet.

That looks really good. Great stuff. A whole new monster (plus future variants) being added to the bestiary. Kudos to you. I like how it looks like it has a genetic connection to the little Heretic imps.

Or at least base animations. I will have to do animation of the banner by hand.

The AMC .44 Automag - yes, it is indeed real, and uses cartridges intended to approximate the attributes of the .44 Magnum cartridge.
