If you remove some of the frames, you get Blood's good ol' quick-loading sawed-off shotgun, but with doomguy's hands! Very neat work!

Blood shotgun doesn't need to eject. It fires the entire shell, casing and all.

Now that's terror.

Many thanks cap! I wanted to give a little touch of realism on the animation, but the original, fast-firing double shotgun is classic 8-)

The only thing missing is the glow of the muzzle flash, like the original sawed-off shotgun.

Well, then you can actually use the sprite where the barrel is closing instead (and use separate actors to make the empty cartridges) :)

That is because i "customized" the muzzle flash! But if you want the original ones, here they are (i actually can't remember how they work in-game, i'm sorry if made some mistakes):

This looks nice. You plan to do some attack sprites? (because I want it :) ). Let me shameless ask for Cultist spell cast attack (1 sprite x8?) and Serpent melee attack (2 spritex8 ?).

To distinguish him more from DSparil I would:
  • remove the shoulder pads with spikes from rider.
    add rider yellow trident signal (like on disciples-wizard).
    remove the spikes from the serpent spine and tail
    remove the bottom, chin horn from Serpent.
    reduce the 2x horns from serpent
    make serpent smaller (i know its pixel art - and resize would screw up everything, cut his tail maybe?)
Its soo good to tell other people what to do :P

there is nothing better than heavy modified single sprite :D

I dont like the bra and belt, on the half naked one. Whats the purpose of it? Protection from cold? its an armor? They shy about they body parts? Its fashion in their culture?

Im quite interested about the idea behind this red guys. Is this some tribe? some demons? Look very low tech. And they look "friendly" (?!). They must kill/hunt on some big animals because the claws on the shoulders looks massive.

I would add hanging strip of cloth between their legs - sash (to cover genitals area). I hope you would equip them with bone spears, or clubs from bone or stone axes
