Re: [SPRITES] Spriting Carnival!!
Well boisengirls, I just finished the first 3 stages of a G-Virus Imp.
I'd do G4 and G5 but that'd be more complicated since I wouldn't be using an imp as a base, I'd just be flat out using the full model turned sprite with edits for better looks, so I'll get to working on Nemesis instead.

g virus folks tend to grow a lot of eyeballs and evolve fast, but not everyones shown to have a big right arm eyeball, catch my drift?

Re: [SPRITES] Spriting Carnival!!
I would say that the only two characters shown to be directly infected by the G-Virus were William Birkin in RE 2 and Curtis Miller in RE Degeneration, and they both had a big right arm eyeball and claws. Others like Ben, Irons or even Sherry were infected by G-Embryos, which is a different kind of infection. So i believe Vriska is nailing at his sprites because the eyeballs seems to be a trait of the the G-Virus infected hosts. Just my two cents here.chronoteeth wrote:

i think a lot of it is injection location as they both injected it into their arms/right side of their chestjdredalert wrote:I would say that the only two characters shown to be directly infected by the G-Virus were William Birkin in RE 2 and Curtis Miller in RE Degeneration, and they both had a big right arm eyeball and claws. Zombie jester
Commando guy with a shoulder rocket and arm gun thing
Feel free to use since I won't be using them in my Chasm mod, just remember to credit pls

Re: [SPRITES] Spriting Carnival!!
So, I took the monster sprites from the Neural Upscale 2x v0.95 pack, loaded them into Topaz A.I. Gigapixel, and upscaled them another 4x.
This is what it looks like (JPEG, 1920x1080, 150KB~300KB per file):
Zombies look a bit funny.

And the Doom 2 bestiary doesn't look any worse, either. While not ultimately perfect, it's still a pretty amazing technology nevertheless. It is highly impressive how far AI has come.
