Not necessarily. Sometimes the hand or a finger is covering part of the gun sprite. Trying to restore a sprite which has been covered by something is difficult for non-spriters. Me for example, I'd have to spend an hour in MS Paint dicking around with pixels until it looks even decent. I am NOT a sprite artist, not even close.

Yes, it maybe too hard to someone, but easy to others. But that doesn't mean you actually have to edit it all by yourself or something with force. If think you can't edit it and looks not satisfying somehow, just ask the author or anyone a favor simply, rather than complaining like heavily demanding or discriminating. Then they'll answer you with the edit you want sometimes.

Yeah, sometimes. It's not like commending them to do what you say, after all.

Yeah, this is exactly what I did when Teef and the Captain worked on my Ashes weapons. Even if you think you are a good spriter, sometimes a fresh pair of eyes (or two) can turn an ok edit into a godlike edit :D

Now that's good and looks more steelish! Also less beige, too!

Completed; more or less. Will upload wad file with the sliced sprites tomorrow when I check the animations for major problems.

I agree, and that death animation is awesome.

Praetor Token sprite, didn't like the one that was in the HF addon for D4D so I decided to make my own.

I love the fact that it goes down running :D It's determined to get you no matter how dead it is.
The whole thing's gonna look very intimidating in-game, especially in narrow passages.

The animation looks kinda weird to me. I'm not sure how to word it...
