Those hands look really nice, especially the shackles If it's not asking too much, could you make them widescreen friendly? I know not all of the sprite will be visible in vanilla freedoom, but it looks so much more professional if they're not cut off at the sides in widescreen mode (plus you'll be able to see the cutoffs as you walk)

Try some directional lighting, that'll make it look more 3d

I feel the need to point out that the Single Action Army usually doesn't fire magnum bullets. Though Colt does now offer .357 and I think .44 magnum chamberings. Regardless good pickup sprite!
