Anyways, working on a custom Machinegun sprite to replace the minigun... Or atleast something else. Trying to get into spriting by doing this.
I tried making an angled Doom 3 machine gun once, looked pretty bad. But it was better than some of my other sprite attempts.

This is my first sprite attempt.... Wait no.... This is my first weapon sprite attempt. And we're not counting the basic schematic for the D64 srapped laser rifle that i did, because... It does not look good and i have no idea on how to continue with it.

EDIT: I have a program called GraphicsGale.... It's good for this, right?

Spoiler: Original(REALLY FUCKING BIG)
Slight changes, most of the animations are done via offsets to make it bob. Going to recolor and add the Lost Soul flame so that it looks a bit like the Quad Damage powerup from the new Doom.

I don't see its eyeballs unlike original pic, but great job.

And nope, it doesn't nightmarish to me at all!

Terrorist with a grenade launcher. Used Untrustable's Hitler death animation. Designed the face and armor myself, quite pleased how it turned out. I will use this one as a base in the future.

Thanks to that blonde hair, he gives me the vibe of liquid snake, great work! But i'm not a big fan of that death animation, though. I mean is he falls forward or backwards after kneeling down?

Yeah its a bit strange how he falls, but its better then unrealistically turning into a puddle of goo.

I think the death animation would work better if it was shortened to the amount of frames it takes Hans to die, and maybe a little more blood.

I've been making some sprites from Doom 4 models.
Image PDA
ImageImageImage Pedestal with a heart with blood variations.
Image And it's meant for textures but while I'm dumping, a big skull.

Those are pretty good! Would you be able to get some other miscellaneous things like siphon grenade or that new multiplayer mine?

I agree I don't think the animation would really work. Maybe for a boss. but here it is in motion. I'll shorten it and maybe add a bit more gore.

Okay, added more blood and shortened the animation. Its not as short as Hans Grosse because if you take away one to many frames it will ruin the animation altogether. I'm extremely happy with it. Thanks for the suggestion gerolf.

Warning! This sexy sprite sheet may cause severe eye damage.

I'll probably get to them.

Image Some sort of skull pillar.

Image Siphon grenade was pretty difficult, still not pleased with it. Lots of tiny branches.
