I figured i was accidental but thought i'd ask anyhow. didn't expect the question to flag so much negative attention as it did. sorry. they are all great sprites though. and perhaps that 'zerk would still be ideal for something like wolf3d/boa mod?NoozeArts wrote:I don't know why but I didn't notice that. Now I recognized that it looks like it has no magazine... but it has.
While I was suffering with the thing above I had another shotgun idea (it has two colours):Spoiler:... and without hands:Spoiler:Made from the duke shotty, from the autogun that can be found on realm667 and from another gun that I can't recall where I found. It had the name "SA80".

those kinds of effects look like they would be right at home in ancient alienstorridgristle wrote:
Baked the light and shadows onto the texture, put it through that Prisma app. Looks neat, but the resulting sprites are awful.
However, sending the renders that would be used for sprites through Prisma and then resizing to sprite size looks interesting.

The colours might fit but it's so blurry, it'd have to be its own thing to not be very out of place. I ran some HD textures from DHTP through Prisma and the textures and lines worked well enough.

Can you make it centered and a sprite sheet.torridgristle wrote:It's not terribly funny, the swastikas should remain on the evil scenery and enemies, not on powerups. It's important that Nazis are what you kill and that they remain an external entity, not what you take in.
Experimenting with more complex material nodes in Blender to try and get a Doom sprite sort of look right out of Blender. Previously I've used reflection textures, now I'm using several materials added together via nodes. Need to bevel and smooth the mesh a bit so the brown edges show up on the rest of the image.
