Here's a shotgun I've been working on. It's called the M24 Powderkeg, a .10 gauge gun that fires explosive shells. I don't know if it's going to be a full on set, so for know all I have is the pickup.

Some random stuff I posted on R667 a while back. Not sure if it trickled its way over here (I'm not searching all 1400+ pages to find out) so I'm just gonna post them here too.

Recent re-releases of the Doom games have "censored" the health packs by removing the red cross, since apparently the Red Cross organization considers usage of red crosses in games to be infringement of their trademark. Which is fair enough, but I really disliked the "pill box" versions of the health packs used as replacements. So I made versions which have "red" and "cross", but circumvent the "red cross" detail specifically:
Image
I mostly made them out of spite, but I wound up liking them enough that I'm using them in an autoload and in my perpetually unfinished episode. If I had known about the "pill box" versions ahead of time, I would have pushed for these to be the "official" replacements instead.

I wanted a pickup for the Alpha Assault Rifle, and I didn't really care to dig around to find one, so I made my own using a picture of the G36 as a source/reference, since the player sprite's/zombieman's rifle has a similar general shape (and it's the rifle used in the movie, for whatever THAT'S worth). It's not a 100% match for the HUD sprites, but then neither is the rifle the player's sprite/zombieman carries--it's sort of a compromise between the two. Would definitely be good for a G36 sprite set.

And recolored muzzle flashes for the Assault Rifle designed to be more in-line with the final game's other gunflashes. They aren't a perfect match, but they're a start. Again, I have no idea if someone already made improved versions of these or not; I just went ahead and made them for my own benefit. I might try to improve them at some point.

GLSR-4 2 Option Laser Rifle.PNG
this laser rifle has two options, sharp one-shoot and blindly full-auto. but don't turn on the both gears, though.

Finally caught up to and passed the point I was at before I lost my 2 HDs last year (and had to build a new computer). Progress is going as planned (3-4 images per day). Rotation-4 planned for tomorrow, and for the rest of the week.

Things should speed up once I get to the 5-rotation and when I can start recycling the 2/3/4 movement frames for the 6/7/8 ones. Can't do this for attack(s) or pain frames, but should still reduces a lot of work. Estimated time to completion is 2 weeks, if all goes smoothly. Just before school starts and I have to take another long hiatus. :P

It's anatomy is more visible now than it was before, good job :D it's not just an animated quilt anymore.
Also, those house textures look pretty natural and muted, Bigprojectalone. Easy on the eyes :)

These are all made from scratch. (Except the lamp. It's drawn over the freedoom one.)
I probably won't be finishing this project any time soon (if ever), so:
