The second row of sprites remind me of the Roar imp sprite made by Dulle.

Was just about to point out until i read this.

Nice sprites though

EDIT: Maybe don't make its tail straight on the attack frames so it wont look nasty :P

Well, that's kind of a toughie. Having it wag from side-to-side is even nastier IMO, lol.
I think I'll remove the blood from the attack, though. If he's in-fighting with a Predator (yes, I might try my hand at a Predator -- for which the standard Imp actually would make a good base), there really shouldn't be any red blood. Keep it generic, y'know?
The Alien's gonna have multiple attacks. The claw, the head-bite (which you guys saw), and the tail whip. I actually know a very nice Soul Harvester pose I could use for the tail attack, BTW.
The yet-to-be-started Pred should also use random attacks (only he can also shoot projectiles due to his plasma-caster, his disc, and so on).

Anyway, this'll most likely be the first custom monster I've completed (full frames and rotations, plus DECORATE). I'm just trying to re-make these guys, because quite frankly I don't understand why they were handled the way they were in the past. It just never looked right, 'specially in Doom.

Tilted the head. Fonzie reference. I probably did that poorly though.

I barely see it. That'd be funny though. He desreves some cool shades and a leather jacket.

He looks much more realistic... more human than the standard one... could be good for a tech themed megawad :thumb:

I second that. BTW, I actually haven't seen the roaring Imp. Seems like a completely unnecessary thing to do.

A Vulgar with severe heartburn, I probably should have recoloured the claws to match the horns
