I know this will sound ridiculous, but could you make extra sprites from interpolated frames? I'm curious since I don't know a lot about this stuff.

New Year, new sprites (Thanks to Capn.J and Snarboo for the suggestions made weeks ago.)
This fella has a high % chance of being featured today for a mod, that is, if I get to put the thing up before falling asleep

For starters, that's the head of the Bastet from Powerslave/Exhumed. And I assembled all of it with GIMP and Corel Photo Paint.Choke On Blood wrote:What did you use to make that sprite sheet?

Re: [SPRITES] Spriting Carnival!!
Trying to make a Shoggoth enemy for Doom.
The plan is to have it behave essentially like the Quake enemy (not the unstoppable, invincible freight train of parts unknown). Sprites from about four different games will eventually be referenced for construction.
'A' and 'C' movement as well as 'A' attack animations shown.

Love to hear any ideas, suggestions, etc.

Nice sprite but why would you do that?Quake Wiki wrote:The Spawn is one of the most aggravating enemies in the game.

Woah, that's awesome. Doom needs more enemies like this. I've always thought amorphous enemies are cool.Bren wrote:Trying to make a Shoggoth enemy for Doom.

It doesn't have to be as obnoxious. I think the concept is pretty neat (and the sprites for that matter).Enjay wrote:Bren wrote:Trying to make a Shoggoth enemy for Doom.
