I've improved the sprites.

Looking better now, eh?

There's something a little off about the eye socket. I might fix it if you want so.

Actually, the popped eye spots aren't made out of MSPaint... :/

but i seem almost looks like it. just like a pick a three red colours and drawing a short line with changing into different colours. more like to say, drawn without shadows.

well i say just request or make 'em real smooth and realistic to fits with vanilla doom's arts yourself if you're mastered. also i loved the before black inside. that orange is just a light where's lost soul come from. if that has a no souls, no lights.

Ah. I will edit it again when I have some time. I'm also pretty much new to Doom sprites, so that's why it's not well-shaded.

Another one doubleposting. :S
And the eyehole looks terrible. Look in google "one-eyed people" or something and look how eyehole looks like. It's not solid color. :P

another mistake is just same as old mistake. if that's too late for delete and edit, then it's never able to fix and that will be stuck forever.

don't blame or nitpick, just ask. ask for off his mind and business for double posting and always use the edit button at left on the avatar if he really need to put more words at replies. without ask or request, there's will be the flamming warfare and unforgettable bad goods from management peoples after that happens.

even i'm always posting on this thread so many times, least i'm using a edit buttons for editional words and fixing some typos.

I made it with Game Maker 8.0.

What
Game Maker 8.0 has an image editor (and a pretty good one at that) built-in. There is also a standalone version if you want to try it out.

Nice! You've improved it. Mind if I do an edit with the blood colors with it?

Well, while the sprite was improved, I tried to remake the blood's colors. As I said, I am new to Doom spriting. Feel free to improve it if it's still bad.
