Recolor the beige into white and set the rear part to the center clearly. I can see it it's off from the center.

Or blue plasma fuming outlets on the sides, maybe?

Went a different direction and got some pointers from Shivers. The new sprite is a lot nicer.

The blurry highlights on the centre strip and the rightward rocket rack don't conform to the shape of the gun or a light source and instead look arbitrary and mottled. I think you'll be better off following the existing light on the rocket launcher which is just a centred point.

The pixels on B.J.'s shirt need to be normalized, they jump around a lot. Otherwise they look really nice!

Progresss :) !!

The picture does'nt move well since in game the sprite are moving up and down depending of the legs but it show the animation well.
Anyway perssonaly i'm pretty happy of the result as it is now.
