recoloring lost souls, mutating cacodemon into a cac-man with copy 'n paste, easy script adding and scaling is the good thing about this idea. so...got any heroes?

I think I've found the way to produce camouflaged DoomGuy sprites. They don't look really good, but that's a question of time, I guess. What will be the general suggestions?

Try to preserve the shading of the original a bit better, for starters. Possibly use the marble-green instead of green-green.
(If you want there to still be color change stuff, it might make more sense to put it on the armbands or something, instead of having color change camo.)
