No, they were made by Monolith. Eriance just changed their color.

Not probably. They are sprites from Blood.

Can I use sprites from Powerslave(Exhumed)?

EDIT:I want to use this http://www.whipassgaming.com/images/gen ... selkis.gif

It's a shame that I don't know anything about decorate or I'd submit my Oblivion Knight.

Now I just need a resource place with all the monsters from a specific game with all the animations.

Concerning sprites from other games: Just place your monster sprite between a Zombieman and a Baron of Hell and think about it if it fits or not ;) That's it.

@Ghastly - You actually provided a reason for your own why I don't think that your monster is that good: It's simply a hybrid between a Lost Soul and a Spectre, and thats nothing fancy.

@Enjay - As someone else already said: Having new sprites (even if they are only recolors) would help a lot also to make sure that there is no danger of confusion. And recolors aren't that hard to do these days ;)

Good point... I'll get back to work on the Balor. Its teleportation effect alone is impressive.

Those sprite rip databases are disgusting because of all this bullshit I see on the sprite sheets like "CREDIT ME/US OR PLZDIEKTHX" when all they did was rip from commercial games.

The same can be said about Megaman, Sonic, Mario, etc., all of those spriting communities.
However, the one particular one I'm in, they've evolved to heavy edits and/or MS-Paint customs (good customs, though)...

Try other sprite sources like different 3D Games or even some older Mods for Doom. I know that Enjay created a few cool mods with new sprites, and that Blake Stone has some useful stuff (especially the not so common "Blake Stone 2 - Planet Strike"). I also think about some Duke3D, Blood and Shadow Warrior sprite sets that would look quite good if some little changes were done to them :) And not to forget Hexen and Heretic, and Strife!

Yeah. My eye sockets hurt from all the rolling when I read stuff like this:
We here at TPS, feel that the use of unaltered game sprites should be free and unrestricted, this means that you do NOT need to give credit to the rippers of the sheets or TPS itself. HOWEVER, we do ask that you do not use these full sheets on your site without permission, but since this probably won't stop you, we at least ask that if you do use the full spritesheets, that you at least give the rippers credit. Even though the actual sprites were created by the company who made them, the rippers have put time and effort into ripping these sheets.
"Please give credits to the art thieves who went to all these troubles to make copyright infringement easier for everyone!"

The irony is devastating.
