I submit a boss I already used in a .WAD. I tweaked it a bit to fit in with faster moving speed (in it's original setting player speed is reduced by 33%).

So here it is, what I call the Flame Wyvern (I never really name my monsters)

I am trying to make the Stealth work properly with Skullattack. It makes the sprite non translucent when charging (and it looks terrible with these black outlines)...

I'll submit this guy to the contest, rather than the beastiary thread itself, because there's no new sprites at all, just my attempt at creating a unique monster. :)

@Neo - Use "renderstyle add" to get rid of the outlines. Will try your monsters later or tomorrow

I am Using Renderstyle Add with alfa 0.8... but when it charges and when it dies it become non traslucent...

If you have some time, take a look at the Nightmare in the Beastiary. It's the same type of monster and for this one it works fine.

That was the first thing I have done. The code is almost the same and still Nightmare works and Ethereal Soul not...

Okay, I tested in in GZDoom with software and hardware renderer and it works perfect for me?!

Maybe it because of my graphic card. It sometimes act weird. If it works fine, then its complete.

The decorate is done, it only needs sounds, but I didnt find any suitable ones.

Check Serious Sam for good sounds, or maybe even Duke 3D :)
