Ugh.
- Replaces the chainsaw
- Video of it here
- Honestly, save yourself the download.
I nominate the Rickroll blaster to be the ZDoom Weapon Of The Year.

EDIT: ROFL oh god I just blew myself up with this thing.... HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Woolie Wool wrote:Anyway, do you mind if I use parts of Doom Enhanced (gibs, weapon hit sounds, body thuds, footsteps, etc.) in my Mutiny mod? I find that they really add to the visceral, brutal effect that I wanted to achieve. Not only are you gunning down your fellow marines now, you can hear them walking around and watch their body parts fly around!

BUMP!

I've pretty much finished this. I have no real further plans for it. Feel free to use it in your mods without fear of fluctuation and updates.

This mod is very good :) my only complaint (kind of) is the playability compatibility.
...
What?

OK, I mean, the zombies, imp and demons are gibbed into pieces, not leaving corpses, which will affect the gameplay, because an archvile cant ressurect something that isnt there anymore. However, Im not saying I dont like it: the individual limbs flying around is very neat (is the heads, arms and legs are part of nash gore mod?), in fact I love it :D . So, I guess that leaves me to say: great job.

That is correct. I tested it and the archvile can't resurrect them. (NOTE: I don't see that this is a problem)

I dunno, can Archvile's resurrect XDeath'd corpses normally? I never tried it, and the raise animation would look pretty out of place...

While I don't think they should be allowed to, they can.

Perhaps a feature suggestion? A DECORATE flag might work... +NOGIBREVIVE or something. To be used in the gibbed monster's properties, so healers like the archvile ignore it and move on.

That's a good idea. You should post it in the feature suggestion forum.
