@Xutawoo: Very interesting. I'd like to see this refined and expanded.
@KeksDose: Yes.
@Captain Ventris: Do you mean you cannot map or cannot map well?
I'll state one thing one more time. Just because you can't make maps super-detailed and pretty like in KDiZD doesn't mean you can't map! In fact, this project could be considered the opposite of KDiZD; KDiZD's maps make sense, these don't (unless you're a very predictable person). If the inside of your mind is highly detailed, make your map highly detailed. Just reflect yourself in your map.
Okay, a list of tentative volunteers:

what if your mind is highly detailed but you can't make details in a map well at all? x_x;
this is why I need somebody of Tormentor/KDIZD quality. D:
that, and i'm not sure I can contribute a map. I'd like to, but I got a very busy schedule, and my free time is currently going to the M&M Monsters project.

Can't map well. I've only ever tried it a couple times, to mediocre results. I just don't really like it.Wills wrote:@Xutawoo: Very interesting. I'd like to see this refined and expanded.

Your theme can be anything that reflects your mind or imagination. Do you have a cool design for a comic book character? Why not make a level about him! Or why not rewrite Doom history and have it take place in the 30's? And those are just a few examples off the top of my head.
Edit:
Here's an example of some of the textures I'm working on for my map:

Click the thumb for the larger image.
And yes, the low def look is intentional. :)
