Re: WHAT THE HELL are you working on
Yeah it wouldn't hurt to replace a few actors to make it more balanced. Obviousy Strife DM was possible but it definitely wasn't made for it.

Re: WHAT THE HELL are you working on
Speaking of papercraft, I put an Ocarina of Time style eye switch on my wall recently. It wasn't the best job and was in black and white, so now a section of my room feels like it's in the past.
Next thing to figure out, is there a way to figure out what armor type someone's wearing in SBARINFO? Didn't see it in the wiki, and that would make one of my sections a lot more clean. (I'd rather not go with just the armor icon personally)
Edit: Hey weasel. Still using the name "Jitters" for a coffee place/brand? I forgot which and was planning to make something for ya if you still were. Let me know. I would have just IM'd you but it won't be till tomorrow till my service is turned on and so I'm still stuck with the library computers.

It's for a free replacement of Heretic. Any graphics that are unfinished are replaced by the smiley face.

Re: WHAT THE HELL are you working on
Except that now monster sprites are replaced by a large demon face. (Unfortunately, even the sprites for corpses and gibs.)

Re: WHAT THE HELL are you working on
If you want to be REALLY into the 8-bit thing, you ought to restrict the colors on the gun down to 3 (three main colors + the outline) or 4 .. I guess it's 3, but hay.
