Would have been better if all of those sentences ended with the letter R. But hey, nice watery texture.

He could change Implement to Implementer, and Tourist to Butter Churnerer.Captain J wrote:Would have been better if all of those sentences ended with the letter R. But hey, nice watery texture.
I'm still periodically working on OBC. Trouble is the enemy roster doesn't offer as many possibilities as my other projects, so it's slow-going.

Re: The WIP Thread
Been sharing progress in the Discord server, figured I'd post here as well:
Working on some new realism-based movement code. Showcased is custom viewbobbing which compensates the player's aim point, and "soft" player collision that rebounds from walls when too close (but allows "pushing in")and also pushes farther away the faster you're moving. Step length is calculated to real-world units based on player height and scales according to velocity.
Sidebar, I'd really like if we could get Player.ViewX and Player.ViewY available to modders.
After taking a long break from Tranquility, I decided I want to try and rework the whole thing into a standalone homage to the OG Rainbow Six games. This is the first step in that direction.
