Of all the people who actually were surprised, none of them were long-time users of Windows 98/ME back in the day.ImpieTwo wrote:"So they killed Paint, but what about that Paint 3D? Let's give it a--" (windows crashes)

Second try of making a 3D cacodemon with Paint 3D, uh, not so bad actually :B (If paint 3D had some 3D editing features ;--; )

Uh, Last Slenderman "wad" that I played it was running at 20fps :B (It was at the original size of the original slenderman, enven with 3D models)

Re: The WIP Thread
I've never found anything slenderman-related to be near as disturbing as messed-up dolls. And in my experience, it doesn't take much to change a doll from ordinary to messed up. Lots of them arrive fresh from the factory pre-creepified!
Though I'm reminded of that evil toys mod for Killing Floor. I thought it might be generally disturbing, but that was some of the most hilarious "horror" I've ever seen.

Looks good, though I'm not sure what kind of shader you're using that's causing the chromatic aberration.Nash wrote: slenderman.pk3 ?

Re: The WIP Thread
Probably the built-in GZDoom lens shader, it has a chromatic aberration option.

That's built-in? Hmm. Weird...Caligari87 wrote:Probably the built-in GZDoom lens shader, it has a chromatic aberration option.
I'm not a big fan of chromatic aberration in games, personally. It looks too "Unity 3D" to me.

Re: The WIP Thread
The chromatic abberation shader has been built into GZDoom for many months (last year?), it's not new. It's called "lens distortion" in the menu. That's how it looks like at stocks settings.
